To reach the Banana island, a Jukung boat is available from Krui Port, ± 45 minutes or from the pier in Tembakak in the north of Krui City, ± 15 minutes.

Transportation
You can use private vehicles or buses. If you want to use a private vehicle, make sure your vehicle is really capable. If you want to use a bus, take the bus that goes to Bengkulu that passes through Kotaagung or areas that are on the west coast of Sumatra and can get off at Krui terminal or Tembaka pier. If you start from Bandar Lampung you can take the "Krui Putra" Bus. The schedule from the Rajabasa terminal is every 2 hours starting at 7:00 a.m. You can also use a travel transportation service in Bandar Lampung.
You can get there from the Koala pier or the Tembakak pier. From the Koala pier, it will take approximately 1 hour and if you cross from the tembakak pier it will only take a 15-20 minute distance for Rp 25.000 per person. The crossing schedule is only available at 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you miss this schedule, you can rent a jukung ship for Rp 500.000.

Access
You can get easy access to Pisang Island if you depart from Bandar Lampung to Krui, you can pass the west Sumatra crossing lane namely, Bandar Lampung-Kemiling-Gedong Tataan-Gading-Pringsewu-Talang Padang-Gisting-Kotaagung-Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park- Bengkunat-Krui-Tembakak Pier. The road conditions to pass through Kotaagung are very good, but approaching the National Park forest will pass the long incline road which is famous for sedayu climbs, here we must begin to be careful because the roads start to hole up to the Tembata pier. Crossing the National Park is also relatively dangerous if we are not careful. Sometimes there are tree branches and even fallen trees that cover the road.
